Brandhouse internal communication
We were tasked by brandhouse to review the existing internal communications and come up with an easier and more effective and entertaining internal programme for them.
- Get staff interacting more
- Stimulate engagement
- Access to real-time updates
The brandhouse internal communication programme was named “b-star”. I completely redesigned their internal communication look and feel. I developed an identity that was used across all communication streams. I created a series of posters teasing and informing the staff that something new and exciting was about to happen.
To create excitement ahead of the launch I developed a staff desk-drop using the idea of two cans and a string. This was a way of demonstrating the company’s current internal comms and alert them that something revolutionary was about to be launched.
I also designed a multi-media hub that displayed real-time updates via b-star TV set, so staff were informed of company news whenever they visited the hub. The hub was named “b-star hub”. They constructed and manufactured in a factory at various sizes to accommodate different offices around the country. B-star TV was broadcast via their internal network.
Staff felt more informed and engaged. There was a notable decrease in communication break-downs and general increase in staff wellbeing via regular entertaining news updates and email newsletters.
